students without internet access

After contacting parents about a lack of homework, I realized that a good many of our students do not have internet access a home. 
Solutions? Maybe have them stay after to do any electronic homework or classwork they missed.
BUT...parts of McAllen have FREE wifi.

the school library available or
making students and parents aware
of the Public Library hours.

good choice, however, we seem to have difficulty gaining parental participation for more important things like grades, report cards etc. so I can only imagine how this could go over.

I agree that there are options, but getting them exercised is the issue.
