This thread impacts the support staff for the ipads in the schools. 1. A committee of all involved stakeholders should be involved in writing the flow charts. 2. An administrator higher up the chain should review the flow-charts. 3. I realize that the Design Center staff does not want to keep answering questions but sometimes they spend more time telling us to look at the flow charts than they would to simply and courteously answer the questions. There seems to be no understanding that the ipads are an additional chore for already overtaxed staffs. Stopping to look up the flow chart takes more time. 4. The flow charts are so small and detailed that you can't read them if you print them. 5. In summary, we don't like the flow charts, we don't agree with the flow charts, and we really hate being referred to them when we're just trying to get the job done as expeditiously as possible.
