Next year please only allow the repair/replacement plan. Maybe we can just phase out the deposits. The two plans have been very confusing for parents and ultimately many of our students need their devices repaired or replaced. Also, the registration process was way too complicated for parents. Parents had difficulty with: Skyward Log-ins Navigating the registration Understanding the plans Multiple clicks to confirm registration

Very true. I had problems with parents setting up an email and especially an apple ID. Most of them don't have one. It would be best for parents to set up their email & apple id on iPad once they get it.
